The Giffy Application

Giffy App is distributed only through the official App Store (https://www.apple.com/ios/app-store/).

Giffy can only be downloaded only through the official App Store.

Giffy App is available for iOS platform. Giffy Team advises to not use other operating systems to work with Giffy Apps, and therefore holds no liability for the use of the software on other operating systems.

Subscription

The use of Giffy is possible only on a paid subscription basis or for limited trial period. Subscription for the App is conducted and supported by the App Store.

The price of a monthly subscription is listed in the App Store and may vary depending on the region or other conditions set by the platform.

Subscription covers the usage of Giffy for one iTunes account, as stated in the App Store's Terms of Use.

Your subscription is renewed automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription.

The payment for the renewed subscription will be deducted from your iTunes account during the last 24 hours of the current subscription.

After purchasing the subscription you may change its settings and disable the subscription in your account settings.

You can not cancel the current subscription while it is active, but you can cancel its renewal.

Trial period Terms

Free access period is 7 days starting from the installation of the App. You can not cancel your current subscription during the trial period, but you can cancel further subscription.

Remaining time of the trial period will be annulled if you purchase subscription during the trial period.
